Tammy Wang is a film production student at the University of Southern California, originally from Qingdao, China.

She is passionate about telling authentic stories. Having grown up between two cultures, she brings a unique perspective that sets her apart, allowing her to explore narratives with unique eyes.

To Tammy, filmmaking is more than just seeing the world through the lens of a camera—it’s about capturing emotions, experiences, and perspectives that resonate. Her passion for producing has grown through her involvement in numerous student projects and her experience with new media teams.

Pursuing a minor in advertising at USC’s Annenberg School, Tammy has developed a keen understanding of storytelling’s role in strategic communication. She is particularly interested in blending film and media to engage audiences in meaningful ways, whether through branded content or immersive storytelling.
